THESE CONDITIONS OF USE REGULATE THE UTILIZATION OF ATTA Development LLC'S SERVICES. BY ENGAGING WITH ATTA Development LLC'S SERVICES, YOU FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO ADHERE TO THEM.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES. BY ACCESSING THE APPLICATION/WEBSITE OR UTILIZING ANY PORTION OF IT, INCLUDING CONTENT OR FEATURES, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") define the relationship between you and ATTA Development LLC, a legal entity established under Georgian law, located at Georgia, Tbilisi, Bakhtrioni Street, No. 22, Apartment No. 75 ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), concerning your use of the Company’s website (https://atta-dev-llc.com/), the Velvet VPN mobile application (available on Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms), and related services ("Service"), including all text, graphics, audio, video, software, and other materials accessible via the Service ("Content").

1.2. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these Terms, forming a legally binding contract between you and the Company. THEREFORE, PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

1.3. Additionally, consult our Privacy Policy, which, along with any supplementary terms or policies posted periodically, is incorporated by reference. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion, without prior notice.

2. Permissions

Your use of Velvet VPN must comply with all applicable international, national, and local laws. You affirm that you will not engage in unlawful activities or violate these Terms. Users under 18 are prohibited from accessing Velvet VPN or submitting personal data without parental oversight. By using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18. If we discover a minor or fraudulent user, we may immediately suspend access without notice.

3. Service Description

To access certain features, you may need to create an account ("Account") and provide accurate registration details.

By registering, you warrant that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your Account. Promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security breaches. We are not liable for losses resulting from your negligence.

The Service may be altered, interrupted, or discontinued without notice or liability.

You must secure the necessary devices and internet access to use the Service, covering all associated costs.

We may modify the Service (including free and paid features) without notice. You acknowledge that disruptions may occur, and we are not liable for any resulting issues, including data loss or service unavailability.

Use of the Service is at your own risk. We disclaim responsibility for any harm to devices, data loss, or third-party damages arising from Service use.

Support is provided at our discretion, with no obligation to assist.

4. Fees & Payments

The App and Website are free to download and access, but premium features require a subscription or one-time payment ("Purchase").

You authorize us, app stores, and payment processors to charge your provided payment method.

We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice via Service updates or email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Renewal terms match the initial period unless stated otherwise, with rates not exceeding prior terms (excluding promotions). Cancellation must follow disclosed procedures; no refunds or prorated fees apply.

Free trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and install the Software on your device, strictly for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior written agreement (contact: contacts@atta-dev-llc.com).

The Software is licensed, not sold. Prohibited actions include:

6. Global Usage

The Service may not be available or lawful in all jurisdictions. You access it at your own risk, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Software, Website, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights remain with us or our licensors. This Agreement grants no ownership, only limited usage rights. Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material is prohibited.

8. Liability Protection

You agree to indemnify us, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your Service use, account misuse, or Agreement violations.

9. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OPERATION, ACCURACY, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

10. Agreement Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may end it by uninstalling the Software. Breaches may result in immediate termination. We may suspend accounts, remove content, or modify Service policies without notice for violations, legal requests, or operational reasons.

11. Legal Compliance

You must use the Software lawfully, adhering to export controls and restrictions. Prohibited use in embargoed regions voids this Agreement.
